Ordering

We take all types of payment including Cash, Cheques , I.M.O., Postal Orders, bankdrafts, and credit/debit cards. The credit/debit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Access, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Eurocard and Switch.
If you are paying by cheque, please write your name and address on the back, and if you are sending cash (Pound Sterling/Euro's/USA Dollars), please send by registered or guaranteed post to minimise the risks, as we cannot be held responsible for its safe arrival.
The on-line ordering system known as the shopping basket is suitable for credit/debit card orders only. If you wish to pay by any other method than by credit card, please go to the bottom of this page to learn how.

The Shopping Basket is an automated way for you to keep track of items that you want to purchase. Rather than going through the purchasing process for each individual item that you want, you simply tick each item to add to your Shopping Basket as you browse or search your way through our website.

The Shopping Basket keeps track of what you want to buy, and keeps a running total of the purchase price. Then when you're ready, you can purchase these items all in one transaction. You can view your Shopping Basket at any time buy selecting "View Shopping Basket" from the menu at the bottom of the page.

We have made every effort to ensure that buying an item from our website is as simple and painless as possible. The process of purchasing an item is as easy as adding the items you want to buy to your shopping basket, and when you're ready to leave our website and finalize the buying process, just select "Complete Your Purchase" from the Shopping Basket page. You can view your shopping basket by selecting "View Shopping Basket" from the menu at the bottom of the page.

Please note: only add items to your shopping basket if you intend to pay for your order by credit/debit card only. Payment by post (bottom of this page) is the only option available if ordering other than by credit card.

You can rest assured that your credit card information is as safe as possible with Action Records. When you select the checkstand option from the shopping basket or the text menu on each page, you are automatically connected to our secure server. This connection ensures that your credit card information is encrypted through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption. Data transmitted in this way is actually more secure than ordering over standard telephone lines.

Have your credit/debit card ready and call the above number during our normal operating hours of 10.00am to 5.30pm (GMT) Mon-Sat. Our sales team will gladly process your order.

Write down the order description including product number, artist, title, format and price, as well as making a note of your credit/debit card number and expiry date and your address, then fax all the information to the number above. This fax line is open 24 hours a day.

If you wish to make an order paying by cheque, cash, postal order, IMO, bankdraft and so on, the only method is to make a note of all the items you wish to order, and send these details along with your address and payment (must be in UK pound sterling) to:
